We collaborate with colleges and universities to provide career reediness training to students at a larger scale. We deliver our SOAR Bootcamp as the student training solution for college and university campuses

We are funded through our partnerships with our clients. The services we provide to our clients include talent solutions and program development. We also partner with colleges and universities to collaborate on training delivery to the general student audience
Q&A - STUDENTS
1WHO CAN APPLY?
College Freshman, Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors or Graduate level students who are actively enrolled at their College or University can apply to join our Talent Pipeline and complete our SOAR Bootcamp. We also accept applications from Technical, trade and vocational students who are actively enrolled
2WHERE DO WE RECRUIT FROM?
We accept applicants who are actively enrolled in two or four year colleges and universities. Students actively enrolled in Technical, trade or vocational schools can also apply to join our Talent Pipeline
3IS THERE A GPA REQUIREMENT?
No, we do not have a GPA requirement. However, applicants are sourced to internships, co-ops or job opportunities based on the job description requirements. Some opportunities might have GPA restrictions
4WHAT MAJORS DO WE ACCEPT
We accept all majors because our core interest is providing our SOAR Bootcamp training to our applicants. Applicants are able to use those skills to land an opportunity on their own or work with us to be placed with one of our partners if an opportunity is available
5WHY IS THERE A FEE TO APPLY?
We only want applicants who are committed to our training process and ultimately our opportunity matching process with our partners. The minimal application fee ensures we get applicants who demonstrate a willingness to invest in their own development
6IS THERE A DEADLINE TO APPLY?
No, we process applications on a rolling basis. Students can apply at any time of the year. Internships, Co-Ops and Job Placement occurs based on when our partners are seeking talent
7ARE THERE LOCATION RESTRICTIONS?
No, students can apply from anywhere. Our training and opportunity matching process occurs virtually. Please note that applicants are considered and sourced to internships, co-ops and job opportunities based on our partners’ requests, which might have location restrictions

Seek Opportunities Achieve Results (SOAR) Bootcamp is our career readiness training that equips and enhances the core marketplace skills for our applicants. Some of the items covered includes Personal Branding, Resume Building, Interviewing Techniques, Communication Skills and much more. . .
9WHAT OPPORTUNITIES ARE AVAILABLE?
Applicants must complete our SOAR Bootcamp in order to be considered for internships, co-ops or job opportunities. These opportunities are shared with trained applicants; and they are able to express their interest for further review
10HOW ARE APPLICANTS SELECTED FOR CLIENTS?
We match and source our applicants against the job description from our clients. We also consider our trained applicants based on the opportunities they’ve expressed interest in
11WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I RECEIVE AN OFFER?
Applicants who accept an offer from one of our clients become a CBeyond Scholar. Scholars receive career guidance, check-ins and ongoing skills development. Scholars are on-boarded prior to starting their internship, co-op or job opportunity at the client
12WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE AN OPPORTUNITY?
We encourage our applicants to use the skills they gain from our SOAR Bootcamp to pursue opportunities on their own. We work hard to get as many of our applicants into internships, co-ops and job opportunities

1WHAT MAKES CBE WORLDWIDE DIFFERENT?
CBeyond Enterprises Worldwide not only provides talent solutions to its partnering clients, we also design talent funneling programs for short and long-term workforce strategies. Our main differentiation is our inclusive career readiness skills training to all applicants. Our application process does not restrict applicants based on GPA, major or location. Our goal with students is to provide them with core marketplace skills they can apply towards securing opportunities with our partnering clients -- or they can utilize their gained skills to secure an opportunity on their own. Additionally, we offer our core marketplace skills training to educational institutions. We are the first company to provide an inclusive training ecosystem in the talent solutions industry for college undergraduates and graduate level students
2WHO IS IN YOUR TALENT PIPELINE?
Our Talent Pipeline is made up of college undergraduate and graduate level students. We also have trade and vocational school students in our pipeline. Our Talent Pipeline is made up of emerging professionals looking for internships, co-ops and entry-level job opportunities
3IS THERE A TIMELINE TO RECEIVE TALENT?
We provide our clients 60-90 days from the time resumes are sent to them to screen, interview and make hiring decisions. If more time is needed, we coordinate with the client based on need
4WHAT IS THE BENEFIT TO CLIENTS?
We Recruit, Train, Source and Develop our Talent Pipeline. This delivers professionally prepared talent into our clients’ workforce; equipped to successfully contribute to their department and/or company. We compliment existing talent strategies or can become the talent strategy solution. We also design talent funneling programs specific to your industry needs through strategies talent solutions
5WHAT IS THE COST TO PARTNER?
We provide different umbrella partnership levels that include hiring caps. We take a customer-centric approach towards partnerships and are able to customize our partner agreements based on talent solutions being provided

1WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF PARTNERING?
Our SOAR Bootcamp training series provides career readiness and skills-building for the general student body regardless of where they are in their academic journey. Students are not required to apply to our Talent Pipeline unless they want to pursue internships, co-ops or job opportunities. Partnering with CBE Worldwide establishes a professional skills building partner that students can plug into at any time (based on the developed scheduled in collaboration with the college or university)
2WHAT TRAINING TOPICS ARE INCLUDED?
We have a library of training topics that are delivered through our SOAR Bootcamp, which includes Professional Etiquette, Corporate Culture, Teamwork, Branding, Communication Skills, Resume Renovation, Interview Techniques and more. . .
3HOW IS THE TRAINING DELIVERED?
The SOAR Bootcamp is delivered in a series of individual workshops (virtual or in-person) or a set schedule designed between the campus and CBE Worldwide
4HOW LONG ARE PARTNERSHIPS ESTABLISHED?
We offer 6 or 12 month partnerships to campuses that are renewable
5WHAT IS THE COST?
The cost is based on the total amount of students and the delivery time-frame of the SOAR Bootcamp. During our partnership discussion, we will review the partnership options that best suits your College or University
